Since CCLS trainers will conduct classes even with one student, it can be challenging when students who are not able to attend do not call ahead to cancel.  Therefore, we require advance notification if a student cannot attend a class.  If a student cannot attend the class, you may send an alternate student by notifying us of the change.  If you cancel the student at least one day prior to the class, we will reimburse you the full payment amount. 

In the event a student does not attend a class without canceling ahead of time, we will allow the payment to be applied toward rescheduling that same individual for the missed class provided he/she attends the class within two months of the original scheduled date.  If not, we will retain a $10 administrative fee and refund the rest.  

CCLS trainers begin classes promptly at their scheduled time; therefore, any student arriving ten minutes or more late will not be admitted to the class.  We will allow the payment for this student to be applied toward rescheduling him/her for the missed class provide he/she attends the class within two months of the original scheduled date.  If not, we will retain a $10 administrative fee and refund the rest.
