Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) is a community-based service that provides access to supportive services for people with mental health or substance use disorders.  The standards and requirements of the CCS program are outlined by the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services in Chapter HFS 36.  Developed to provide individuals working in the CCS program with an understanding of the services, this class covers CCS services, HFS 36 and other applicable rules, the assessment process, documentation requirements and the role of the recovery team.
